1-1 Personal Training Sessions

A personalised experience, tailored around your busy lifestyle, ability, level of conditioning and preferences.

This includes your training inside as well as outside of the gym, if you prefer exercising at home we can provide you with personalised home workouts or guidelines on exercise & activity to achieve your goals.

Continual, regular body stats assessments and monitoring to ensure accountability and assure progress is consistent throughout your journey. This will include regular photo’s to showcase your transformation (optional). 

You will receive everything you need to support your journey, from a dietary strategy with guidelines to follow, to workout routines, a fully loaded wellness pack, to recipes, lifestyle tips and much more.

 

 

Small Group PT (2-4 People)

Fun workouts with friends or family

Small group personal training is a cost effective, fun alternative to 1-1 PT sessions, all for as little as £10 per person per session.

Tailor made sessions are designed based around the abilities of the group to provide you all with a fun, highly effective workout, geared towards the specific goals of the group!

Sessions typically utilise a range of equipment, mixed training styles and group or partner exercises to keep the sessions exciting and rewarding!

Perfect for anyone who may be new to the gym or if you would prefer to exercise with friends as a group.
