My name is Jason Hill, I live on the outskirts of the Lake District, England.

I’ve been coaching clients for 8 years now, helping people just like you to achieve your goals.

My aim is to get more and more people involved in exercise and activities they will enjoy and to empower them with the tools and knowledge required to improve their health & quality of life!

As a graduate in sports & exercise science, NASM qualified personal trainer and member of the Chartered Institute for Management of Sports & Physical Activity (CIMSPA) my knowledge and experience is unrivalled. My ability to design bespoke training programmes for clients of all needs coupled with a glowing personality and passion for achieving results, gives you the confidence and inspiration you deserve from your trainer!

My Journey

As long as I can remember, I’ve always had a huge passion for fitness and the great outdoors.

It all began for me from the age of 15, when I was out of shape and unhappy with my appearance just like many of you reading this.

I decided to make that change!…I started exercising daily, pushing my body, forcing it to adapt, eating healthily and my body transformed in a matter of weeks.

As soon as I could drive I spent most weekends hiking across the Lake District fells with my brothers and friends.

I told myself that I would maintain a healthy, lean physique for the rest of my life and naturally, wanted to learn about the body and exercise, so I joined Nottingham Trent University to study Sports & Exercise Science.

Since university, I have trained clients for over 8 years, achieving consistent results, whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle or strength, training for a particular event or requiring rehabilitation from an injury, I can work with you on your journey.
