Yes, I offer packages for online personal training which includes all the supporting information and guidance you’ll need to achieve your goals.
Where are you based?
I’m primarily based at The Gym group in Carlisle, but I can also travel within the local area for home visits.
Do you offer personal training at home?
Yes, I can travel to your home address for home visits. Please contact me for more information.
What areas do you specialise in?
I don’t specialise in a particular area, I’ve worked with many clients of varied backgrounds, genders, ages, abilities, injuries, health conditions etc. Generally however, most of my clients tend to want to work towards weight loss, require nutritional guidance to support their goals or want to work towards building strength, muscle size or increasing tone.
I love transformations with clients the most because it really impacts a persons life in so many positive ways! The benefits of eating real food, being active and exercising, getting outdoors and sharing laughter with friends and family is so forgotten and overlooked in today’s modern world.
Are you experienced?
Yes, I have worked with a broad range of clients for almost a decade, with a multitude of individualised goals. I also have a Degree in Sports & Exercise Science which has underpinned my applied knowledge to empower clients.
