Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 2 wholemeal wraps
  • 1 tin tuna (drained)
  • 1/2 red onion (finely diced)
  • 50g cucumber sliced
  • handful salad greens
  • handful spinach
  • 1tbps creme fraiche
  • Squeeze lemon juice (optional)
  • Salt & Cracked black pepper

Directions

  1. Drain the tuna and pop into a bowl
  2. Add salt, pepper, creme fraiche, diced onion and mix well
  3. Heat the wraps for 30s
  4. Place wraps onto a plate or board and spread evenly with salad greens and spinach leaves
  5. Spoon the tuna mix onto the wraps evenly and scatter over the diced cucumber
  6. Fold up the wraps carefully
  7. Enjoy!
