Unlike most trainers, my plans are completely personalised to your ability, level of conditioning, lifestyle, preferences and goals. I don’t give out ‘generic plans’

You will be given guidance on all aspects of lifestyle and wellness, rather than solely focusing on just nutrition and training. There’s no point in having the perfect workout routine if your hormones, recovery and mental health are completely out of whack.

Progress Management

Making progress towards your goals is the underpinning of your investment in yourself. You will be regularly assessed on a monthly bases to ensure consistent progress towards achievement, providing accountability and a firm measure of continuous improvement.

My journey

Hi guys, I’m Jason Hill, I live on the outskirts of The Lake District, England.

I’ve been coaching clients for 8 years now, helping people just like you to achieve your goals.

My aim is to get more and more people involved in exercise and activities they will enjoy and to empower them with the tools and knowledge required to improve their health & quality of life!

I combine my experience as a personal trainer with my knowledge and experience gained managing the health & wellness department of a 5* luxury spa, to focus on all areas of wellness,  delivering to you a truly invigorating method of achieving results whilst perfecting sustainable health habits.
