Ingredients (Serves 6)

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 50ml olive oil
  • 100g chopped sundried tomato’s
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • 2dsp Greek Yogurt
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender, except the paprika.
  2. Blitz the ingredients until you achieve the desired consistency. You may need to add a little more olive oil.
  3. Scoop your hummus mix into a Tupperware container, sprinkle over the paprika and a little olive oil.
