Ingredients (Serves 6)
- 1 can chickpeas
- 50ml olive oil
- 100g chopped sundried tomato’s
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ tsp cumin
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp Paprika
- 2dsp Greek Yogurt
- Salt & Pepper

- 1 can chickpeas

Directions
- Put all ingredients into a blender, except the paprika.
- Blitz the ingredients until you achieve the desired consistency. You may need to add a little more olive oil.
- Scoop your hummus mix into a Tupperware container, sprinkle over the paprika and a little olive oil.
