Directions

  1. Hard boil the eggs in a pan of boiling water for around 8 minutes (soft yolk)
  2. Arrange the mixed salad greens into the centre of your plates
  3. Place the ready to eat smoked salmon over the salad
  4. Peel the hardboiled eggs, half and add to salad
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and grind some cracked black pepper
