Ingredients (Serves 6)
- 700g pack beef braising steak strips
- 500ml bottle beer
- 2 bell peppers (cut into cubes)
- 2 medium onions (diced)
- 200ml sour cream
- 3 tins chopped tomatoes
- 1 can sliced carrots
- 3 medium sized sweet potatoes (cut into cubes)
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves (finely diced)
- 2tbsp cider vinegar
- 1tsp ground cinnamon
- 1tsp smoked paprika
- 1tsp ground cumin
- 1tsp oregano
- 1tsp thyme
- 1tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt & Pepper

Directions
- Diced and cut up all of the vegetables, garlic and sweet potatoes
- Add all of the ingredients (except the sour cream) to a slow cooker
- Stir well and set to slow cook on low temperature for 6 hours
- Serve with a dollop of sour cream topped with fresh coriander!
