Ingredients (Serves 5)
- 200ml full milk
- 150ml single cream
- 200g king prawns
- 200g salmon
- 200g smoked haddock
- 800g Maris piper potatoes
- 20g butter
- 40g cheddar cheese
- 2 large carrots
- 250g peas
- Half lemon (juice)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1tbsp Chives
- Salt and pepper

Directions
- Peel potatoes and chop and simmer for 12-15 minutes
- Peel carrots and chop in half and add with the potatoes
- Prepare fish chopping into chunks
- Melt half the butter in pan and add fish and seal off fish by frying for 3-4 mins
- Add rest of ingredients and cook further 6 mins
- Mash potatoes and add chives, remainder of butter, 50ml cream and season.
- Pour fish mixture into a medium serving tray evenly spreading out the mixture
- Spoon over the mash and then evenly spread with a knife
- Grate cheese over top and pop into the oven for 20mins
