Ingredients (Serves 5)

  • 200ml full milk
  • 150ml single cream
  • 200g king prawns
  • 200g salmon
  • 200g smoked haddock
  • 800g Maris piper potatoes
  • 20g butter
  • 40g cheddar cheese
  • 2 large carrots
  • 250g peas
  • Half lemon (juice)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1tbsp Chives
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes and chop and simmer for 12-15 minutes
  2. Peel carrots and chop in half and add with the potatoes
  3. Prepare fish chopping into chunks
  4. Melt half the butter in pan and add fish and seal off fish by frying for 3-4 mins
  5. Add rest of ingredients and cook further 6 mins
  6. Mash potatoes and add chives, remainder of butter, 50ml cream and season.
  7. Pour fish mixture into a medium serving tray evenly spreading out the mixture
  8. Spoon over the mash and then evenly spread with a knife
  9. Grate cheese over top and pop into the oven for 20mins
