  • 150g Skyr Yogurt
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 1tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1tbsp flax seed
  • pinch cinnamon

Directions

  1. Dollop the yogurt into a bowl
  2. Measure out 1tbsp or 10g or each of the different seeds
  3. Stir into the yogurt
  4. Dust over a pinch of ground cinnamon
  5. Enjoy!
