- 150g Skyr Yogurt
- 1tbsp chia seeds
- 1tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1tbsp flax seed
- pinch cinnamon

- 150g Skyr Yogurt

Directions
- Dollop the yogurt into a bowl
- Measure out 1tbsp or 10g or each of the different seeds
- Stir into the yogurt
- Dust over a pinch of ground cinnamon
- Enjoy!
