- 4 Lincolnshire Sausages
- 4 eggs
- Asparagus bunch
- 2 cloves garlic
- 15g butter
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Cracked black pepper
- Salt

Method
- Fill a pan with water, add a little vinegar and raise to a boil before simmering
- Heat the butter in a frying pan and cook the sausages for around 6 minutes
- Add the asparagus and fry for a further 2-3 minutes
- Crack the eggs into the boiling water and poach for around 2 minutes
- Add the finely diced garlic into the frying pan and cook for a final minute or two
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with cracked black pepper and salt
