  • 4 Lincolnshire Sausages

  • Asparagus bunch
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 15g butter
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Cracked black pepper

Method

  1. Fill a pan with water, add a little vinegar and raise to a boil before simmering
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan and cook the sausages for around 6 minutes
  3. Add the asparagus and fry for a further 2-3 minutes
  4. Crack the eggs into the boiling water and poach for around 2 minutes
  5. Add the finely diced garlic into the frying pan and cook for a final minute or two
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and season with cracked black pepper and salt
