- 1 can salmon
- 1 wholemeal pitta
- 30g crème fraiche
- 1 bulb cooked beetroot
- ½ cup sliced cucumber
- Lemon wedge (juice)
- 2 radishes
- Pepper

Directions
- Drain the salmon and place in a bowl.
- Mix in the crème fraiche, pepper and squeezed lemon
- Prepare the beet, radish and cucumber then combine into the mixture
- Stuff inside a wholemeal pitta and enjoy!
