  • 1 can salmon
  • 1 wholemeal pitta
  • 30g crème fraiche
  • 1 bulb cooked beetroot
  • ½ cup sliced cucumber
  • Lemon wedge (juice)
  • 2 radishes
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Drain the salmon and place in a bowl.
  2. Mix in the crème fraiche, pepper and squeezed lemon
  3. Prepare the beet, radish and cucumber then combine into the mixture
  4. Stuff inside a wholemeal pitta and enjoy!
