- 6 medium eggs
- 100g smoked salmon
- 15g real butter
- salt and cracked black pepper

Directions
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat with the real butter
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and season before beating
- Pour the eggs into the frying pan and scramble moving frequently for roughly 2-3 minutes or until cooked to liking.
- Place the smoked salmon slices onto plates
- Serve the eggs and enjoy!
