Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 200g cooked prawns
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- Packet mixed salad greens (150g)
- 1 sweet pepper (sliced)
- 100g chopped cucumber
- 8 cherry tomato’s (halved)
- 10ml olive oil
- 70g feta cheese
- Salt & Pepper

Directions
- Empty the prawns into a colander to drain
- Prepare the salad and cut the feta into cubes
- Season the salad and drizzle over olive oil to serve
- Enjoy!
