Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 200g cooked prawns
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • Packet mixed salad greens (150g)
  • 1 sweet pepper (sliced)
  • 100g chopped cucumber
  • 8 cherry tomato’s (halved)
  • 10ml olive oil
  • 70g feta cheese
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Empty the prawns into a colander to drain
  2. Prepare the salad and cut the feta into cubes
  3. Season the salad and drizzle over olive oil to serve
  4. Enjoy!
