  • 150g rump steak
  • 100g parsnip wedges
  • 5 large spears asparagus
  • Real butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp mixed spice
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Pre heat oven to 200’c
  2. Cut the parsnips into wedges, place on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil & seasoning. Pop into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Season the steak with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic and mixed spice
  4. Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the steak for 3 minutes on each side, or until desired taste
  5. Meanwhile steam the asparagus for 3-4 minutes
  6. Serve and enjoy!
