Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 200g Smoked Bacon
- 80g feta cheese (cubed)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 red pepper (sliced)
- 150g frozen peas
- Splash balsamic vinegar
- Slice real butter
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & pepper

Directions
- Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat and saute the onion for 2-3 minutes
- Add in the chopped bacon and cook for a further 3 minutes
- Splash over the balsamic, then and add in the sliced red pepper, cooking for a further 2-3 minutes
- Chuck in the frozen peas, cooking for a final 3-4 minutes
- Serve into bowls, add the cubed feta, olive oil and season to taste
