  • 40ml double cream
  • 1tbsp organic cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop whey protein (chocolate)
  • 5ml olive oil
  • 1 cup cafetiere coffee (black) (frozen into ice cubes)

Directions

  1. Prepare one cup of cafetiere coffee (120ml) and pour into an ice cube tray. Place in the freezer and freeze
  2. Pour the double cream, olive oil, cocoa powder and whey protein into a blender or bullet.
  3. Pop in the iced coffee and blitz for a minute or two until thoroughly mixed. (To get the ice cubes out easily set the trays into a container of boiled water for a minute or two to partially melt the bottoms of the cubes)
  4. Serve and enjoy
