Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 120g wholewheat pasta
- 2x medium eggs
- 50g low fat greek yogurt
- 1 medium onion
- 4 rashes smoked bacon
- 40g mozzarella
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2x tsp butter
- Salt & pepper

Directions
- Set pasta to boil on hob for 10-12minutes
- Best eggs in bowl and season
- Melt half butter in pan on medium heat and add onion, cook for 2minutes.
- Add bacon and cook for a further 3 minutes
- Add garlic and cook for a further 2 minutes
- Once pasta is cooked drain but leave a tiny amount of water in pan. Mix eggs into the pasta and stir until eggs begin to thicken. (May need to return to low heat).
- Place thin cuts of mozzarella into pan with bacon etc and cook for a final minute or two until cheese melts.
- Serve pasta and top with bacon etc mix
