Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 2x 130g chicken breasts
- 2 medium potatoes (cut into wedges)
- 2x rashes smoked bacon
- 30g cheddar cheese (thick sliced)
- 10ml Olive oil
- 100g Broccoli
- 100g peas
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 20ml Balsamic Vinegar
- Smoked paprika
- Salt
- Pepper

Directions
- Pre heat oven to 200 degrees
- Cut potatoes into wedges, splash with olive oil, balsamic, smoked paprika and season
- Put in oven for 50 minutes
- prepare Broccoli in steamer (steam for last 4-5 minutes)
- Prepare chicken breast by cutting horizontally. Insert cheese and wrap with bacon
- Transfer chicken to baking tray, season and cover with foil.
- Place chicken in oven for 40 minutes
- Slice onion and garlic and add to wedges for last 10 minutes
- Serve and enjoy !
