  • 2x 130g chicken breasts
  • 2 medium potatoes (cut into wedges)
  • 2x rashes smoked bacon
  • 30g cheddar cheese (thick sliced)
  • 10ml Olive oil
  • 100g Broccoli
  • 100g peas
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 20ml Balsamic Vinegar
  • Smoked paprika
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Pre heat oven to 200 degrees
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges, splash with olive oil, balsamic, smoked paprika and season
  3. Put in oven for 50 minutes
  4. prepare Broccoli in steamer (steam for last 4-5 minutes)
  5. Prepare chicken breast by cutting horizontally. Insert cheese and wrap with bacon
  6. Transfer chicken to baking tray, season and cover with foil.
  7. Place chicken in oven for 40 minutes
  8. Slice onion and garlic and add to wedges for last 10 minutes
  9. Serve and enjoy !
