- 100ml coconut milk
- 3dsp chia seeds
- Handful blueberries
- 1 tsp chocolate protein powder
- Pinch cinnamon

Method
- Add the chia seeds to a bowl and pour over the coconut milk, place in the fridge and cool overnight
- When ready to serve, mix in the chocolate powder and cinnamon then scatter over the blueberries
- Optionally add a dusting of dessicated coconut
- Enjoy!
