  • 45g Rolled Oats
  • 2 squares dark chocolate (+85%)
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • 200ml whole milkk
  • 10g desiccated coconut
  • 10g chia seeds

Directions

  1. Measure out 1/2 cup of rolled oats and pour into either a tupaware container or a bowl
  2. Break over the dark chocolate, add the seeds and coconut and mix
  3. Pour the milk into a shaker, add the protein powder and shake well
  4. Pour over the oat mix and refrigerate for at least two hours
  5. Enjoy!
