- 2 squares dark chocolate (+85%)
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
- 200ml whole milkk
- 10g desiccated coconut
- 10g chia seeds

Directions
- Measure out 1/2 cup of rolled oats and pour into either a tupaware container or a bowl
- Break over the dark chocolate, add the seeds and coconut and mix
- Pour the milk into a shaker, add the protein powder and shake well
- Pour over the oat mix and refrigerate for at least two hours
- Enjoy!
