Directions

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat with the butter and dice up the onion
  2. Fry the steak for roughly 3 minutes each side (for medium rare), frying the diced onion along with the steak
  3. Meanwhile, crack the eggs into a bowl and beat
  4. Season the eggs to your liking
  5. Move the steak and onion to one side of the pan and add the eggs to the other side, cooking for the last minute or two as required for your steak
  6. Keep the eggs moving to scramble them
  7. Enjoy!
