Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 1 Large egg
- 50g Porridge Oats
- 15g chia seeds
- 100ml whole milk
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
- 5g real Butter
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1/4tsp baking powder
- 150g Greek Yogurt
- 70g fresh raspberries
- 20g pumpkin seeds
- 20g toasted flaked almonds

Directions
- Pop the oats into a blender and blitz for a few seconds
- Add in the egg, milk, whey protein, cinnamon, baking powder and chia seeds and blitz until a smooth batter
- Heat the butter in a frying pan on high heat
- Once the pan is hot pour in the batter mixture evenly across the pan
- Cook for 2-3 mins then flip and cook for a final 60-90s
- Cut the pancake into quarters and stack 1/2 on each plate
- Serve with the Greek yogurt, raspberries, flaked almonds and pumpkin seeds
