  • 1 medium egg
  • 100g almonds
  • 20g real butter
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely diced)
  • 1/2tsp sage
  • 1/4tsp rosemary
  • 1/4tsp thyme
  • 1/4tsp nutmeg
  • dash cayenne pepper

Directions

Should make 8 good sized patties

  1. Heat a frying pan or griddle pan over medium heat with the butter
  2. Pop the mince into a large mixing bowl
  3. Crack the egg over the mince
  4. Add in the spices, herbs and garlic
  5. Mix well with the hands before arranging the mixture into 8 patties
  6. Cook in a frying pan or griddle pan for around 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired degree.
  7. Serve with 25g almonds
  8. Enjoy!
