Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 500g Beef Mince 10%
- 1 medium egg
- 100g almonds
- 20g real butter
- 1tsp salt
- 1tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic (finely diced)
- 1/2tsp sage
- 1/4tsp rosemary
- 1/4tsp thyme
- 1/4tsp nutmeg
- dash cayenne pepper

Directions
Should make 8 good sized patties
- Heat a frying pan or griddle pan over medium heat with the butter
- Pop the mince into a large mixing bowl
- Crack the egg over the mince
- Add in the spices, herbs and garlic
- Mix well with the hands before arranging the mixture into 8 patties
- Cook in a frying pan or griddle pan for around 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired degree.
- Serve with 25g almonds
