Ingredients (Serves 2)
– 120g wholewheat spaghetti
– 300g beef mince extra lean
– 2x large tomato
– 100g salsa sauce
– 1x medium onion
– 40g parmesan cheese
– 2x cloves garlic
– 2x tsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions
- Set saucepan to boil over medium heat, add spaghetti and simmer for 10-15 minutes (check package)
- Prepare onion, tomatoes (dice) and garlic (finely dice)
- Pop the mince into a large frying pan and heat over medium heat in the olive oil for 4 minutes
- Add the onion and cook for a further 3 minutes
- Add the tomatoes and cook for a further 2 minutes
- Add the salsa and garlic, season and simmer for a further 3-4 minutes
- Grate the parmesan
- Drain the spaghetti and place into bowls
- Pour over the bolognaise mix and sprinkle with parmesan
