Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 3 rashes smoked bacon (chopped)
  • 30g soft goats cheese
  • 30g sundried tomatoes (sliced)
  • 10ml olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (Finely diced)
  • Salt
  • Cracked black pepper

Directions

  1. Pan fry the bacon in a little olive oil for 4-5 minutes
  2. Add in the sliced garlic, season and fry for a further 1-2 minutes
  3. Meanwhile pop the cheese into a bowl, dry any excess oil off the sundried tomatoes and add alongside the cheese.
  4. Add the bacon, season to your liking and enjoy!
