- 4 medium eggs
- 4 rashes smoked bacon
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 10g real butter
- Salt & Pepper

Directions
- Dice the onion and garlic
- Heat a frying pan with the butter on medium heat
- Add the onion to the frying pan and sauté for 2 minutes
- Add the bacon (sliced) and sauté for a further 4 minutes
- Add the garlic and sauté for a final minute
- Meanwhile beat the eggs in a separate bowl and season
- Separate the onion and bacon onto one side of the frying pan, pour the egg onto the other side and whisk until scrambled
- Enjoy!
