What equipment do I need?

You will need access to standard resistance-training equipment, including dumbbells, barbells, weight plates, an adjustable bench, cable stations and common resistance machines. Exercise alternatives are included where possible if a particular machine or piece of equipment is unavailable.

Do I need a gym membership?

A gym membership is strongly recommended. The program is designed around equipment commonly available in a commercial gym, allowing you to train each muscle group effectively and apply progressive overload throughout the 12 weeks. A well-equipped home gym may also be sufficient.

Is this program suitable for beginners?

Yes. The plan is suitable for beginners who already understand basic gym exercises, as well as intermediate and experienced trainees. It includes clear exercise instructions, coaching cues, suggested starting loads and progression guidance. Exercise substitutions are also provided so you can adapt the plan to your current ability.
