How much time do I need each week?

Most workouts take approximately 35–60 minutes, depending on your experience, rest periods and the session being completed. You should expect to dedicate around 3–4 hours per week to structured exercise, with additional light activity such as walking encouraged where appropriate.

What equipment do I need?

For the home-based workouts, you will ideally need a set of dumbbells, resistance bands, an exercise mat and a stable bench, chair or step. Where possible, alternative exercises are provided so you can adapt the workouts to the equipment available to you.

Will I need a gym?
