- 60g rolled oats
- 20g chia seeds
- 20g flaked almonds
- 120ml skimmed milk
- pinch ground cinnamon

Directions
- Measure out the rolled oats and add to a pan with the skimmed milk
- Bring to an almost boil and simmer for a few minutes, frequently stirring
- Pour the porridge into a warm bowl and mix in the seeds and flaked almonds
- Sprinkle over some cinnamon to serve
- Enjoy!
