  • 20g flaked almonds
  • 120ml skimmed milk
  • pinch ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Measure out the rolled oats and add to a pan with the skimmed milk
  2. Bring to an almost boil and simmer for a few minutes, frequently stirring
  3. Pour the porridge into a warm bowl and mix in the seeds and flaked almonds
  4. Sprinkle over some cinnamon to serve
  5. Enjoy!
