- 2x 120g Rump Steaks
- 4 eggs medium
- 160g green beans
- 10g real butter
- Cracked Black Pepper & Salt

- 2x 120g Rump Steaks
- 4 eggs medium
- 160g green beans
- 10g real butter
- Cracked Black Pepper & Salt
Directions
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat with the butter
- Fry the steak for roughly 3 minutes each side (for medium rare)
- Meanwhile, crack the eggs into a bowl and beat
- Season the eggs to your liking
- Pop the green beans into a steamer and steam for 3 minutes (when you turn the steak)
- Move the steak and onion to one side of the pan and add the eggs to the other side, cooking for the last minute or two as required for your steak
- Keep the eggs moving in the pan to scramble them
- Enjoy!
