  • 4 medium eggs
  • 4 rashes smoked bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 10g real butter
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Dice the onion and garlic
  2. Heat a frying pan with the butter on medium heat
  3. Add the onion to the frying pan and sauté for 2 minutes
  4. Add the bacon (sliced) and sauté for a further 4 minutes
  5. Add the garlic and sauté for a final minute
  6. Meanwhile beat the eggs in a separate bowl and season
  7. Separate the onion and bacon onto one side of the frying pan, pour the egg onto the other side and whisk until scrambled
  8. Enjoy!
