Ingredients (Serves 12)

  • 250g rolled oats
  • 200g bag of mixed nuts
  • 100g pumpkin seeds
  • 100g sunflower seeds
  • 100g coconut meat
  • 100g dried apricot pieces
  • 20g coconut oil
  • 2 pinches cinnamon
  • Serve with 150ml milk per portion

Directions

  1. Place the oats, seeds coconut pieces, apricots and nuts into a large bowl and mix well
  2. Sprinkle over two pinches of cinnamon and again mix
  3. Melt the coconut oil in a microwave for a short few seconds and stir into muesli mixture
  4. Weight out 70g of muesli and serve with 150ml whole milk
