Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 200g New Potato
- 2x150g Beef Rump Steaks
- 30g Creme Fraiche
- 1 lemon
- 3 Spring Onions
- 8 Cherry Tomatoes
- 10g Butter
- 2 Shallots
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- Slat & Pepper

- 200g New Potato

Directions
- Cut the potatoes into cubes, place in a pan and bring to the boil, simmer for around 10 minutes
- Once cooked, drain well getting off all the excess water then mix in the creme fraiche, lemon and sliced spring onion
- Heat butter in a large frying pan over medium heat
- Season the steaks then drop into the frying pan, frying for around 3 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking
- Remove the steaks from the pan.
- Add the chopped shallot, garlic and tomato to the frying pan and fry for 3-4 minutes
- Serve and enjoy
