Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 200g New Potato
  • 2x150g Beef Rump Steaks
  • 30g Creme Fraiche
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 Spring Onions
  • 8 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 10g Butter
  • 2 Shallots
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • Slat & Pepper

Directions

  1. Cut the potatoes into cubes, place in a pan and bring to the boil, simmer for around 10 minutes
  2. Once cooked, drain well getting off all the excess water then mix in the creme fraiche, lemon and sliced spring onion
  3. Heat butter in a large frying pan over medium heat
  4. Season the steaks then drop into the frying pan, frying for around 3 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking
  5. Remove the steaks from the pan.
  6. Add the chopped shallot, garlic and tomato to the frying pan and fry for 3-4 minutes
  7. Serve and enjoy
