- 40ml double cream
- 1tbsp organic cocoa powder
- 1 scoop whey protein (chocolate)
- 5ml olive oil
- 1 cup cafetiere coffee (black) (frozen into ice cubes)

Directions
- Prepare one cup of cafetiere coffee (120ml) and pour into an ice cube tray. Place in the freezer and freeze
- Pour the double cream, olive oil, cocoa powder and whey protein into a blender or bullet.
- Pop in the iced coffee and blitz for a minute or two until thoroughly mixed. (To get the ice cubes out easily set the trays into a container of boiled water for a minute or two to partially melt the bottoms of the cubes)
- Serve and enjoy
