Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 2x 120g chicken breast (with skin)
- 20g Coconut oil
- 10ml extra virgin olive oil
- Small cauliflower head
- Small broccoli head
- 1tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 1tbsp honey
- Half lemon
- Salt & Pepper

Directions
- mix the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice and seasoning in a bowl
- butterfly the chicken breasts then base with the sauce using a brush
- prepare the cauliflower and broccoli, place in a steam tower and season
- heat a frying pan with the coconut oil and fry the chicken for around 3-4 minutes on each side
- steam the vegies for around 4 minutes
- place the cooked chicken and vegies onto plates and drizzle with olive oil
