Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 2x 120g chicken breast
- 3tbsp full fat Greek yogurt
- 2tsp tandoori paste
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 large courgette
- 100g sour cream
- Fresh chives
- Salt & Pepper
- 10ml Olive oil
- Skewers

- 2x 120g chicken breast
- 3tbsp full fat Greek yogurt

Directions
- Cut the chicken breasts into pieces and place in a plastic bag with the Greek yogurt, olive oil and tandoori paste and marinade for at least 30 minutes in the fridge
- Pre-heat a grill.
- Cut up the peppers and courgette into squares
- Assemble the skewers by sliding the marinated chicken and vegetables onto them
- Season and grill for 10 minutes or until cooked through, turning regularly
- Meanwhile, prepare the dip by chopping up fresh chives and mixing into the sour cream
