- 150g rump steak
- 100g parsnip wedges
- 5 large spears asparagus
- Real butter
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp mixed spice
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper

Directions
- Pre heat oven to 200’c
- Cut the parsnips into wedges, place on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil & seasoning. Pop into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Season the steak with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic and mixed spice
- Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the steak for 3 minutes on each side, or until desired taste
- Meanwhile steam the asparagus for 3-4 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
