  • 100ml coconut milk
  • 3dsp chia seeds
  • Handful blueberries
  • 1 tsp chocolate protein powder
  • Pinch cinnamon

Method

  1. Add the chia seeds to a bowl and pour over the coconut milk, place in the fridge and cool overnight
  2. When ready to serve, mix in the chocolate powder and cinnamon then scatter over the blueberries
  3. Optionally add a dusting of dessicated coconut
  4. Enjoy!
