Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 2x 120g turkey steaks
- 1 large sweet potato
- 150g green beans
- 100g baby spinach
- 40g white mushrooms
- 10ml olive oil
- 15g butter
- ½ tsp Chinese 5 spice
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- Splash balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt & Pepper

Directions
- Peel the sweet potato, cut into cubes and boil for 10 minutes or so
- Meanwhile, heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat
- Pop the seasoning, 5 spice, cayenne pepper and balsamic vinegar in a bowl and mix
- Apply the sauce onto the steaks with a brush then chuck into the frying pan, cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side
- Steam the green beans and spinach for 3-5 minutes or until cooked
- Once the sweet potato is cooked add some seasoning and olive oil
- Serve and enjoy!
