Ingredients (Serves 6)
- 1 can chickpeas
- 60ml olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- ½ tsp cumin
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp Paprika
- 1dsp peanut butter
- Salt & pepper

Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender, except the paprika. Blitz the ingredients until you achieve the desired consistency.
You may need to add a little more olive oil.
Scoop your hummus mix into a Tupperware container, sprinkle over the paprika and a little more olive oil.
