Egle first came to me unhappy with her current physique and habits. Her primary goals were focused on becoming generally more toned and healthy, additionally, she wanted to improve her core strength and get her abs more toned.
She’s managed to consistently drop body fat over the weeks, losing a total of 8.2kg, or 7.3% Body Fat.

I worked with Jason in 2022, at which point I'd never lifted a free weight in my life. He taught me the skills and techniques I needed to work out safely and effectively.
He was approachable and easy to work with, but also helped push me beyond what I thought was possible.
He provided lots of additional help and support beyond just the time in the gym.

I first started PT with Jason in the tail end of 2020, as gyms reopened. I have always been extremely impressed and grateful for Jason's level of knowledge. He has been able to tailor sessions to suit my physical disability and adapt exercises as needed. I have made great progress over the years with the help of Jason and his resources around nutrition, exercises and helping hand at the end of a text/email/call.

Jason has been my PT for 2 years now and the difference he has made to my life is genuinely immeasurable. I started training with Jason in January of this year with the goal being to get fitter and stronger for an event I have in July. I have found all of my sessions hard and rewarding as I can see the improvement in myself with Jason’s coaching and attention to detail.
Jason is very knowledgeable in his position as a Personal Trainer and has given me a lot of guidance and advice on how to train better and has improved my technique in the exercises we do which has helped me to stay injury free.
He is easy to work with and explains everything very clearly. I will be continuing my journey over the next few months and would strongly recommend Jason for PT sessions. I have also received advice on nutrition and what is good to eat for my type of training.
I also receive regular updates on changes to my routine as I become fitter and stronger.

The lakes coach has helped me by mentoring me through my level 2 and level 3 PT. Jason was very helpful and taught me everything i needed to know. Communication was key and jason was always helping me to improve and ways which i could change the way i was doing things. My husband and I both knew we needed to build muscle as we had reached our 50s and needed to change our fitness routines and the lack of them! I wasn’t really keen on weight lifting and enjoyed group classes but I knew this had to change. My husband wasn’t keen on the gym at all!! However, knowing that to ensure our health and future health we needed to do this, as our muscle mass was declining, we decided to get a personal trainer and luckily we picked Jason. Unbelievably we both now feel completely differently about the gym - thanks to Jason and throughly enjoy the programmes Jason has devised for us. Jason pushes us and motivates us and we both feel so much better for embarking on this journey. We definitely couldn’t manage using the equipment properly or have done the right quantity of exercises without Jason’s advice and support. We bought 12 sessions each from Jason and go together and think it’s very good value. I can actually feel my muscles in my body now and am aware I’ve got them lol and I’m improving all the time. My husband has a lot of problems with his knee and Jason has been very clever at devising the programme to help him without aggravating this. The advise on nutrition is brilliant too. We thoroughly recommend working with Jason.

I started using Jason Hill, ( Lakes Coach-Health & Fitness Coach) in January 2023. I had previiously been at another gym in Carlisle, where it was supposed to be the best gym in the town, but at £250.00 per month ( an extra £250.00 for one to one who sometimes never turned up???)I didnt feel I was getting value for money. More often than not it was a one size fits all and eventually the time was reduced from one hour sessions and gradually got shorter, on some occassions down as low as 40miniutes ( this included warm up time) Although this was pointed out to the owner of the gym , it was met with a beligerant attitude. The gym owner stated " Im the best in the town, anywhere else the PTs are just cookie cutter and F*^*ing useless!"
Sorry, but he was completely wrong.
Jason came highly recommened to me by a lady who had also been at the same gym and had used Jason as her mentor when she did her Personal fitness traing to become a coach.
However the great news is, since joining up and using Jason as my personal trainer, my results have improved dramatically. The most important thing Jason did, was Listen to what I felt I needed. He made detailed notes and put into place a great set of programmes to help me progress.
1. progression was steady and measured.
2.Jason is exceptionally easy to work with. full of encouragement without the need to F and blind at every twist and turn and none of this silly shouting, with his quiet manner he still got the best out of me.
I would highly recommend Jason to anyone who is looking to get fit, loose weight, tone up and build confidence. A great trainer, professional and friendly.
He is also very affordable.

3.All the information he provided was exceptional, to the point of sending information by email, so that I could workout at home on days when I couldnt get to the gym., or use at the gym when working by myself..
4.He was extremlyl knowlegdable about physiology and nutrition..
5. Really easy to get along with and fair to say we had a few good laughs.
6. I always came away from each session feeling great, which always set me up for the day.
7. Value for money, absolutey, I used to book 12 sessions at a time and will continue to use Jason.I will continue to use him as my personal trainer with his on line course while he is away, but looking forward to linking up with him when he gets back.
8 Jason has helped me achieve my goals in more ways than one. I have fibromyalgia and some times it gets very painful, Jason took all this into account and ensured the routines were right for me, pushing but not to the point where it was going to aggrevate my body. he also helped with the right exercise when I took on the 100 press ups per day for each day in May in aid of motor neuron desease.
9. During my time with Jason I have lost a lot of body fat and gained muscle, this is down to his patients and advise on technique in using the equipment. My body shape has changed for the better and is noticed by other people at the gym who have all commented.
I would recommend Jason as a personal trainer, if you are prepared to put the work in, he is the right person to help and support you to achieve your goals. GREAT COACH.

I would highly recommend Jason as he is the best personal trainer I have ever worked with. In 5 months, I made excellent progress towards achieving my goals. I lost the weight I wanted to but, more importantly, my strength and fitness levels improved dramatically. I replaced a lot of body fat with muscle, and I am really happy with the changes in my physique, posture and overall wellbeing (and with the compliments I get from others…).
It is clear that Jason is very knowledgeable, but he applies his expertise in such a great way with outstanding motivational skills and support. In addition, where Jason adds real value is the all-round nutritional and wellbeing support that he provides for his clients. You receive a comprehensive package of supporting information that is both easy to read and easy to use!
As one of Jason’s older clients, I particularly appreciated the way that Jason still encouraged and motivated me to work as hard as any other client, while being careful not to cause injury, checking out reaction to previous workout, and taking care and time to do proper warmups and post workout stretches.
I shortly have to move away from Carlisle but, in different circumstances I would definitely have been rebooking sessions with Jason for the future. The all-round fitness, nutrition and wellbeing support that Jason offers stands him apart from other trainers I have worked with and means that he also offers excellent value for money.
