Directions

  • Heat the butter in a griddle pan on high heat and add in the diced onion and steak
  • Cook the steak for 3 minutes on each side and keep the onion moving around
  • Splash the balsamic over the onion after 3 minutes
  • Pop the green veggies into a steamer and season well. Steaming for 3-4 minutes
  • Throw the garlic into the frying pan once you’ve turned the steak
  • Serve once you’ve cooked the steak to the desired degree
