- 120g Beef Steak
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- Balsamic Vinegar
- 80g Green beans
- 80g Garden Peas
- 10g Butter
- Sat & Pepper

Directions
- Heat the butter in a griddle pan on high heat and add in the diced onion and steak
- Cook the steak for 3 minutes on each side and keep the onion moving around
- Splash the balsamic over the onion after 3 minutes
- Pop the green veggies into a steamer and season well. Steaming for 3-4 minutes
- Throw the garlic into the frying pan once you’ve turned the steak
- Serve once you’ve cooked the steak to the desired degree
