- 5g real butter
- ½ avocado
- 80g blueberries
- 20g almonds
- Chilli flakes

Directions
- Heat a frying pan with the butter
- Crack in the two eggs and cook until cooked through
- Transfer to a plate and organise alongside the nuts and blueberries
- Slice the avocado horizontally to break it up easier
- Dust over the chilli flakes
