Directions

  1. Heat a frying pan with the butter
  2. Crack in the two eggs and cook until cooked through
  3. Transfer to a plate and organise alongside the nuts and blueberries
  4. Slice the avocado horizontally to break it up easier
  5. Dust over the chilli flakes
