Easy Beef Stir Fry with Wholegrain Spaghetti
Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 120g stir fry beef strips
- 5g butter
- 2 spring onions sliced diagonal
- 80g garden peas
- 1 clove garlic (finely diced)
- 1 red chilli (finely diced)
- ½ red pepper
- 1 Lemongrass shoot sliced thinly
- 1dsp balsamic vinegar
- 1dsp dark soy sauce
- 50g dry weight wholegrain spaghetti
- Salt & Pepper

Directions
- Marinade the beef strips in the Worchester sauce, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and chilli for 30 minutes
- Get a saucepan on the boil and add the wholegrain spaghetti and seasoning
- Heat the butter in a wok or frying pan over a high heat
- Add in the marinated beef strips, spring onion, peas, red pepper and lemongrass and fry for 4-5 minutes.
