Easy Beef Stir Fry with Wholegrain Spaghetti

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 120g stir fry beef strips
  • 5g butter
  • 2 spring onions sliced diagonal
  • 80g garden peas
  • 1 clove garlic (finely diced)
  • 1 red chilli (finely diced)
  • ½ red pepper
  • 1 Lemongrass shoot sliced thinly
  • 1dsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1dsp dark soy sauce
  • 50g dry weight wholegrain spaghetti
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Marinade the beef strips in the Worchester sauce, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and chilli for 30 minutes
  2. Get a saucepan on the boil and add the wholegrain spaghetti and seasoning
  3. Heat the butter in a wok or frying pan over a high heat
  4. Add in the marinated beef strips, spring onion, peas, red pepper and lemongrass and fry for 4-5 minutes.
