We run regular 8 week weight loss challenges for people looking to challenge themselves to lose weight with the right support and guidance to ensure results.

Ideally suited to ladies who want to shift some pounds in a friendly environment alongside other like minded individuals.

These courses are appropriate to any ability level, particularly beginners who may be new to the gym environment or unsure what the best approach of exercise and nutrition is to burn fat.

  • Twice weekly 1hr group meet ups each week (2x Q+A/ Talk and 45 minute class)
